Your mission will be to spearhead our acquisition efforts, fostering connections that drive the future of our company and the success of the businesses we partner with.


Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategically identifying and engaging with potential acquisition targets, leveraging your deep industry insights and expertise.
  • Leading the creation of sophisticated prospectus materials in collaboration with our design team, ensuring high-quality presentation of opportunities to prospective buyers.
  • Orchestrating comprehensive outreach strategies to engage potential buyers, utilizing a mix of data-driven insights and personal acumen to identify best matches.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations and interviews with interested parties, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and values.
  • Masterfully negotiating acquisition terms, striving for optimal outcomes that benefit both our firm and the sellers we represent.
  • Championing our clients through the due-diligence process, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition and uphold their interests.


Qualifications for Success:

  • A dynamic leader with 5+ years of experience in financials services, demonstrating a track record of successful acquisitions and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to connect with entrepreneurs and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects and priorities in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable business environment.
  • A strategic thinker who is also resourceful and adept at solving problems creatively.
  • Proven ability to work independently, leading initiatives and making critical decisions with confidence.
  • Deep understanding and passion for the marketing, media, and technology sectors, with a willingness to immerse oneself in the specifics of buying and selling within these industries.
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
