Team Introduction:
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

Position Overview:
TikTok is seeking a dynamic Global MKT/OPS Finance Head who will be a key finance leader driving TikTok's global success. This role extends to support other Bytedance international products as well. Based in our New York office, you will play an integral role in shaping business decisions and serving as a strategic partner to the global marketing, operations, and regional business teams. As a team manager, this role offers high visibility and the opportunity to support multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Support: Provide strategic support and expert advice to senior finance managers and function heads.
2. Financial Planning Leadership: Lead a team in executing the Financial Planning process for key functions, including the development of near-term and long-term budget plans. Monitor budget implementation to ensure timely commitments, conduct comprehensive variance analysis, and regularly update budgets and forecasts.
3. Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze the financial performance of the regional business and generate proposals for performance improvements for the headquarters and function heads.
4. Operational Optimization: Take charge of optimizing practices, policies, programs, procedures, and personnel activities to enhance efficiency.
5. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with various business units, offering insightful and high-quality financial advice to support company-wide decision-making.
6. Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Conduct regular industry analysis and robust Business Intelligence research to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience as a Finance Business Partner or equivalent work experience within the content, media, or tech industry. Solid professional experience in a consulting firm or banking is highly valuable.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Demonstrated track record of experience in complex financial planning and analysis.
- Hard Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $158000 - $307000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
