As a Finance Manager, you will partner with cross functional teams to oversee and optimize financial performance. You will partner closely with the business to ensure accurate financials, providing strategic insights through trend and variance analysis and driving process efficiencies. This role resides within the Group Functions team (Legal, People & Culture, Finance, CEO Office, and CDO Office) and plays a crucial role in helping the organization make informed decisions to optimize P&L performance through accurate, timely and actionable financial information.

Your Opportunity
- Act as a business part to deliver high quality and compliant financial advice to support short and long term planning, and ad-hoc requests that arise in the course of business
- Deliver monthly/ quarterly preparation and analysis of financials
- Assess financial performance against the annual budget
- Highlight risks and opportunities on resource allocation
- Evaluate the financial impact of decisions and scenarios to help business partners make sound and optimal financial decisions
- Support and execute on ad hoc local and global projects and initiatives as they arise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA is a plus
- 3+ years of relevant financial experience
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to deliver a high quality product within tight timelines
- Experience in preparing monthly financial management reports
- Process and systems improvement mindset for creating solutions to problems
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience TM1/Cognos or SAP R/3 desirable
