Finance Manager

A well-established life style brand and product manufacture is looking to hire a Finance Manager (a true hybrid, accounting & finance role) The company is a socially conscious, B Corp that is guided by its mission and values.

The Finance Manager will oversee financial activities in a N. American region, contributing significantly to the business's strategic direction, reporting to the Group Controller.

The role involves managing the financial operations independently, covering areas such as accounting, reporting, treasury, and compliance, among others. The position requires a deep understanding of the business and plays a crucial role in its success.

Job Requirements:

• Manage key finance functions and a team, collaborating with external partners and the main office for support.
• Improve financial processes and data quality for better insights.
• Coordinate financial closing with senior finance personnel, understanding various sales channels.
• Develop and enforce policies for operational efficiency and effective internal controls.
• Handle external partnerships and tax-related matters.
• Analytical and Strategic
• Advise leadership on financial aspects of business decisions and manage financial reviews and risk assessments.
• Assist in strategic planning and the introduction of new initiatives.
• Conduct analysis to predict future business needs and their impact on growth.
• Oversee key performance indicators and action plans.
