FP&A Manager

H&P is representing an established private equity firm based in New York City seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join their team. They specialize in investing in promising businesses in the industrials, business services, and healthcare sectors, driving growth and maximizing returns. As an Associate, you will conduct in-depth analysis of investment opportunities, assist in deal sourcing, and contribute to portfolio management efforts.

Responsibilities:

You will perform thorough due diligence on potential investments, analyzing financial data, industry trends, and growth prospects. Building financial models, you'll support investment decisions and execute deals. Your role will include monitoring portfolio companies' performance, identifying growth opportunities, and participating in strategic initiatives. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, strong analytical skills, and industry knowledge are essential.
