Salary: 220-250K + equity

Series B, tier one, venture backed SaaS company seeks their initial Head of Finance for a business partnering-focused, strategic finance role. This role will oversee outsourced accounting, audit/tax and other technology/process vendors and be the internal finance partner to the CEO and other vertical heads to improve the speed of decision making and overall business scaling

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience including tenures in best-in-class and/or growth-stage SaaS finance leadership roles
• BA/BS from a recognized academic institution, MBA a nice to have
• Investment banking, strategic consulting and/or other consulting training grounds honing a financial modeling skills set strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and business partnering leadership traits
• A “doer” who can manage external resources but function as an in-house individual contributor
• BOD reporting, fundraising and acquisition support all very nice to have traits
• Significant understanding of B2B SaaS contracts, metrics/analytics and revenue streams
