As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial planning and reporting, capital allocation strategy, and operational excellence. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape Bree’s financial future and growth trajectory.
The Role
We’re seeking a strategic thinker and financial expert to lead Bree’s strategic finance initiatives. As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will develop forward-looking financial models, assess opportunities to allocate capital and resources, and partner with elite contributors across the company to drive operational efficiency and growth. You’ll own Bree’s financial analysis and ensure alignment between business strategy and financial execution.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to define and maintain Bree’s long-term financial roadmap, aligning with our growth objectives.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Own Bree’s forecasting models, providing visibility into key financial metrics and driving insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Investment Evaluation: Build financial models to assess investments, evaluate business opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in operations and partner with cross-functional teams to execute on efficiency initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership and the broader company, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date on market trends and competitive dynamics to refine Bree’s financial strategy.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, venture capital or similar roles.
- Proven experience in financial forecasting, modeling, and investment analysis.
- High attention to detail paired with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus.
- Experience in fintech or high-growth startups is preferred but not required.
