Strategic Finance Manager (FP&A) at Dealpath

Location: San Francisco (3 day in office), and Remote (if located in Mountain Time, OR, Pacific Time).

Reports to: CFO

Reporting to our CFO, you'll be a key player in driving strategic initiatives, financial planning, and insights that fuel our next phase of growth. You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll:

  • Drive Strategy: Design and execute financial plans that align with our mission and accelerate growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Power Insights: Leverage large datasets to build models, create forecasts, and deliver real-time, executive-ready insights.
  • Own SaaS Metrics: Forecast, budget, and report on recurring revenue, focusing on customer lifetime value and retention.
  • Define KPIs: Build and track key metrics to help us make smart, fast decisions across the company.
  • Partner with Execs: Collaborate with senior leaders to align finance with long-term goals and uncover opportunities for scale.
  • Lead FP&A Excellence: Foster a data-driven culture and set a high bar for proactive financial planning.
  • Solve in Real-Time: Tackle ad hoc business questions with custom reports and sharp analysis.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Background in SaaS startups, investment banking, or consulting? Even better.
  • A mind for numbers and a knack for turning data into action.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with sound judgment and sharp organization.
  • Clear, confident communicator—written, verbal, and visual.
  • Cool under pressure and comfortable being a strategic thought partner.
  • Skilled in handling large datasets and distilling insights into clean takeaways.

  • The estimated compensation range for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area is $152,000 - $185,000.
  • The estimated compensation range for candidates located in the Seattle, WA area is $152,000 - $179,000.
  • The estimated compensation range for candidates located in the Denver, CO area is $151,000 - $183,000.
  • This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.
  • Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
  • Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
