RevOps Manager

Job Description

November 20, 2024

At Eppo, we are building the future of experimentation, so that every company can have an entrepreneurial, customer oriented culture. We believe that AB experiments uniquely put customers at the center of product decisions instead of political processes.

Our next-gen platform allows companies to 10x their volume of AB experiments by embracing the full technical rigor of engineering and statistics while focusing intensely on the evangelism of results and accessibility to business users. We are built for the modern cloud infrastructure, with easy integrations and an emphasis on privacy and security.

Our team is made up of veteran product builders from Airbnb, Slack, and Snowflake, and our product is powering experimentation at some of top companies around the world. We’ve raised over $47M funding backed by top-tier venture firms like Innovation Endeavors, Icon Ventures, Menlo VC, and Amplify Partners. See our Series B announcement here.

We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to bring a data-first mindset to our operations, working closely with the Head of Finance to ensure we make smart, strategic choices as we scale.

At Eppo, you’ll be at the heart of a company that’s growing fast and making a real impact. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll have the autonomy to explore data, uncover trends, and directly contribute to the company’s growth strategy. In this role, you’ll influence not only our GTM operations but also product decisions with insights into usage and churn metrics. If you love using data to solve complex business and product challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive decision-making across the organization. Build dashboards and reports to keep teams informed and aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor GTM & Product Metrics: Track key performance indicators not only in GTM functions like sales and marketing but also in product performance, including user engagement, feature adoption, and churn rates. Provide insights that influence both business strategy and product development.
  • Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and optimize business processes across teams, ensuring scalability and efficiency as we grow. You’ll develop models to assess workflow improvements and make recommendations based on your findings, particularly by tracking conversions and measuring the ROI of initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support the Head of Finance and leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning. You’ll analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal performance to inform forecasts and strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, marketing, finance, and sales operations to ensure alignment, data consistency, and operational efficiency. You’ll be a key player in making sure data flows seamlessly between departments to support cohesive, data-driven decision-making, including enabling successful execution of ABM campaigns through coordinated efforts across teams.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in business analytics, finance, or related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS company, with exposure to Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations, including supporting sales teams with data-driven insights, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis and data manipulation skills. Proficient in Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Hubspot, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Omni). Experience modifying and adjusting Salesforce for reporting and workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Problem-Solver: A natural problem-solver who can dive into complex data sets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, or previous experience working with product and growth teams to analyze experimentation results.

Compensation

At Eppo, we are dedicated to building an equitable and inclusive workspace, while encouraging entrepreneurship and growth. The typical salary for this role ranges from $130,000-$155,000 depending on experience.
