Job Position: Senior Analyst, FP&A and Corporate Development

Target Pay Range: $90,000-$150,000/year, depending on level of relevant experience and qualifications

Location: Full-Time Onsite

The Chief Financial Officer is looking for a Senior Analyst to support FP&A, Corporate Development, the CFO, special projects, and the business’ growth.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with overall business goals.
  • Analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance.
  • Provide insights into factors affecting revenue growth and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Evaluate cash flow projections and working capital requirements.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods.
  • Analyze cost components, including direct and indirect costs.
  • Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan for various business scenarios.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify key drivers of variances and collaborate with relevant teams to address issues.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses on proposed projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in decision-making by providing financial perspective on investment options.
  • Ensure budget submissions align with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Support Corporate Development work and support decision making in line with the Strategic Plan for the Company
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A roles
  • Proven track record of successful financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
