  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience building, developing and leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in financial modeling and business case development.
  • Knowledge of supply chain (e.g., semiconductor or hardware).
  • Understanding of technical server components/assembly.
  • Ability to plan and manage strategic and operational level.
  • Ability to communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Excellent at working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to address big picture challenges.

You are both a manager and a mentor, providing financial leadership and analytical support to partners of the core Finance team as well as giving your own team the support they need to become financial experts. You'll keep management informed on key financial metrics and work to improve financial operation practices throughout your region.

In this role, you will manage major elements of Financial Planning and Analysis of this critical and complex business area. You will be operating as a leader and influence complex businesses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be the primary finance partner and advisor to the Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) organization for business operations and strategic focus areas.
  • Lead machines capital expenditure planning, business metrics, and risk mitigation initiatives. Oversee financial modeling for strategic capital expenditure initiatives and drive recommendations for investment prioritization and decisions.
  • Construct executive level presentations and present complex investigative findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
  • Build investigative tools and business assets to measure business results, key success metrics and financial performance.
  • Lead and manage a team by setting clear expectations, prioritizing work, and providing coaching and feedback.
