Senior FP&A Manager

Looking for a Director with renewable financing experience to join a dynamic & fast moving team to help manage & build their investment portfolio. Investments will lend themselves to more typical forms of renewable power generation like Solar, Storage & Distributed Generation projects. You will help lead the entire transaction lifecycle from early origination activities through to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initial structuring of the transaction & the ongoing negotiation of necessary documents.
• Mitigate risk/return through concise & strategic performance metrics/planning
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients
• Forward facing member of the business
• Understanding of governance & economic terms to help prepare and review materials both internally and externally
• Head all investments at the project finance level
• Provide specific investment expertise to assist in commercial decision making

Qualifications:

• CFA or MBA preferred
• 6+ years of finance experience working in sustainable energy sectors
• Strong track record of executed (complex) transactions
• Past experience in structuring and negotiating transactions involving structured debt and equity investments (e.g. tax equity partnership flip and lease models)
• Connections within the industry
