Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Private Equity Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio company management initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for finance, strong quantitative skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on investment experience and play a key role on a growing investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to assess the potential of investment opportunities.

· Due Diligence: Perform detailed due diligence on target companies, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, customer analysis, and operational assessment.

· Investment Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of potential investments by preparing investment memos, conducting industry research, and participating in investment committee meetings.

· Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, track key performance metrics, and support management teams in strategic decision-making.

· Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify emerging investment opportunities and risks.

· Reporting and Presentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and investment updates for internal stakeholders, including senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or CAIA progress preferred
• 2 – 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or public security analysis.
• Experienced in all parts of private equity transactions (due diligence, financial, competitive analysis and valuation)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for learning and professional growth.
