The Senior Manager of FP&A will be a highly visible contributor in the organization responsible for leading the FP&A function. This role will be responsible for the timely delivery and continued enhancement of all monthly, quarterly and annual variance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The Senior Manager will also partner extensively with members of the Senior Leadership Team and their direct reports to ensure all stakeholders are equipped with financial reporting necessary to achieve their essential duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on oversight of the development of accurate and timely financial analysis that support strategic and tactical business decisions to the Finance function, other key functions, and Senior Management
  • Continuously seek to improve all aspects of FP&A reporting (monthly results, budgets and forecasts, and other frequent or one-time analysis) via enhancement in accuracy, organization, and quality of both presentation materials and underlying file structures
  • Drive cross-functional partnerships to provide financial leadership, analytical insight, drive financial discipline and deliver business results.
  • Responsible for monthly P&L reporting that drives understanding of variances against forecast and budget.
  • Oversee and own the design and execution of financial budgets, quarterly forecasting, and other key company-wide processes.
  • Performs ad hoc financial modeling projects to support existing and new business opportunities.
  • Develops detailed financial models of existing and new products.
  • Monitor and support CAPEX budget, requests, approvals, and tracking.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Finance or Accounting certification (CPA, CFA), MBA in Finance or MS in Accounting a plus.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years finance and /or accounting experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with developing complex financial models.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience developing high quality work product.
  • Familiarity with SmartView, NetSuite, Microsoft Power Query & Power Pivot a plus.
  • Ability to work at the detail level as well as independently drive projects forward.
