Our client, an innovative and dynamic healthcare firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Strategy Associate to join them in delivering high-quality, tailored strategies to meet the teams & clients' needs. As a Strategy Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm's internal success. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, financial modeling, and Excel proficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand clients' objectives, challenges, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Utilize Excel proficiency to manipulate data, perform analysis, and create impactful presentations.
  • Apply financial modeling techniques to evaluate business opportunities, assess risk, and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to address client requests and project requirements.
  • Effectively manage communication and coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and insights to solve complex problems and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives to meet client objectives.
  • Utilize data analysis and insights to inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize processes and drive results.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related roles.
  • Proven track record of client management and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong professional presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in cross-functional management and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive results as an individual contributor.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Data experience and proficiency in data analysis tools/software; ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making.
