Sr. FP&A Analyst, Product

Overview

This position will play a key role in supporting the Global Product, Merchandising and Design teams focused on helping the Brand implement plans that drive gross margin improvement and support the building of operating expense forecasts/budgets. This is a highly visibility position across multiple areas of the business and the candidate must have a great sense of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills. What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly reports and analysis for management review.
• Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year.
• Support business partners to forecast/budget operating expenses.
• Perform analysis to help support gross margin growth on current styles and new product innovation.
• Conduct ad-hoc scenario analysis based on macroeconomic factors to support decision making for future seasonal releases.
• Construct and communicate key benchmarks to strategic business partners while articulating key drivers such as volume and cost on a season-by-season basis.
• Collaborate with the Global Brand Partnerships team to build ROIs for potential new partnerships.
• Drive finance modeling improvements in planning and forecast to improve process efficiencies.
• Develop monthly presentations to highlight financial results and business drivers to management.
• Generate / build ad-hoc reports and analyses.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a knack for developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  
  

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
• Expert in building models for analysis
• Knowledge of accounting procedures

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
