We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Finance Lead to join our Finance team as we experience high growth. You will work alongside our Head of Finance to lead various FP&A, reporting, and cross-functional operational initiatives that will have a direct impact on our strategic business decisions.This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s entire executive team.
🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here
- Deliver regular reporting and financial analysis to founders and leadership team, alongside preparation of external investor-facing materials.
- Monitor and track key metrics and KPIs to communicate financial and operational results.
- Contribute to all finance-related activities, including FP&A, financial operations, and other reporting and analysis (both regular and ad-hoc) that drives strategic decision-making for the business.
- Develop and manage scalable workflows at Arc to support operational efficiency across discrete and growing business lines.
- Partner with Revenue team to build accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts, as well as assisting in unit economic and market ROI analysis.
- Work with the data and engineering teams to support build-out of automated data reporting and analytics.

- Experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance / FP&A experience at a relevant fintech company or asset manager.
- Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.
- Exceptional excel/financial modeling skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.
- Analytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn.
- Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
- Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
