Job Description:

  • The Strategic Finance Manager plays a critical role in the organization as a support for financial performance management and decision making. As the business becomes more complex, having the right information and analysis on time becomes critical to support an effective strategy. The role must understand the business environment, the internal processes and be at ease analyzing data from all sources to derive trends and propose action plans. This role works closely with other members of the Corporate Strategic Finance Team, the Corporate FinTech Team, Global FP&A leads, and the VP Strategic Finance and Connected Planning to support accurate and timely financial performance and analysis.

What are we looking for?

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred.
  • 6-8 years of progressive financial experience, co-piloting and supporting business teams and senior leaders with proven track record of business support and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in Local and Regional finance
  • Knowledge in financial operations, accounting standards and processes
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • At ease with reporting systems (Essbase, PowerBI
  • Business Acumen: broad-based understanding of the business, key drivers, and performance metrics
  • Comfort with Higher Management: ability to interact/ communicate/present with senior stakeholders and ability to synthesize and communicate complex subjects and knows how organization works and can influence without authority
  • Planning / Process Mgt: highly skilled at generating data reports, analysis, and scorecards for current performance and for future performance forecasts considering a range of complex factors and variables and presenting such results effectively to senior leaders.
  • Problem Solving: can look to a broad range of solutions, navigates complex subject matters, and perseveres in identifying appropriate solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead the End-to-End periodic management reporting process to ensure accurate, timely review of financial performance. Coordinate with delivery leads on content and assign quality control reviews. Recommend reporting enhancements to drive process efficiencies and to highlight value creation opportunities.
  • Support recurring leadership meetings (e.g., MLT, Board, Family, Senior Leadership) by preparing an update on enterprise financial performance and ad hoc analysis as assigned.
  • Support quarterly Insight Series by providing external and internal benchmarking analysis.
  • Lead the team training on existing and adoption of new reporting tools.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support senior management decision-making.
