Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Strategic Finance Careers ("SFC", "we") handles personal information in our scheduling and client-management application at crm.strategicfinancecareers.com (the "App"). The App lets prospective and current clients book meetings with our advisors, and lets our team manage those relationships.
Information we collect
- When you book a meeting: your name, email address, the time you selected, your time zone, and your answers to any questions on the booking form.
- Correspondence: emails exchanged between you and our team members' SFC email accounts, so that your advisor has the context of previous conversations.
- Meeting records: whether a meeting was confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, or completed, and notes our team adds.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and if needed reschedule or cancel your meeting.
- To send you a calendar invitation and related emails from your advisor's SFC email address.
- To help our team prepare for and follow up on your meeting.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Google account data (team members)
SFC team members connect their Google accounts to the App. For those accounts the App accesses:
- Google Calendar: to read free/busy times so clients are only offered times when the advisor is available, and to create, update, and delete the calendar events for booked meetings.
- Gmail: to read messages exchanged with clients so they appear alongside the client's record, and to send booking confirmations, reminders, and replies on the team member's behalf.
Team members may additionally connect other Google accounts for read-only calendar free/busy checks; no email is read from those accounts.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is never sold, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except as needed by the team member who owns the account, for security, or to comply with law.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States and the App is hosted by Vercel. Google access tokens are stored encrypted. Access to the App is limited to SFC team members with company Google accounts.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as we have a relationship with you or as needed for our legitimate business purposes. You can cancel or reschedule any meeting from the link in your confirmation email. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email zu@strategicfinancecareers.com. Team members can disconnect a Google account at any time from Settings, or from their Google Account permissions page, which revokes the App's access.
