As a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance at Talkiatry, you will have the unique opportunity to partner across the organization to drive strategic decision-making by leveraging data and analysis. You will:
- Collaborate with Payer Relations, Clinical Operations, and Product/Technology teams to drive strategy and operational rigor within Talkiatry’s revenue growth pillars.
- Leverage financial, operational, and industry data to evaluate new business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership teams.
- Build financial forecasts and targets, track performance, and analyze deviations from actuals to provide insights into financial health of revenue growth pillars.
- Define metrics and key performance indicators; partner with the Data team to develop tools and dashboards to make these metrics widely accessible across Talkiatry.
- Continually improve the accuracy of forecasts through a deep understanding of business performance and drivers.
- Support various financial work streams, including Board materials, investor reporting, M&A, and fundraising activities.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of financial services (Investment Banking /Private Equity) and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (Strategic Finance / Strategy & Ops / BizOps.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency & SQL proficiency, with a proven ability to digest large amounts of data and focus on the most important details.

- Compensation range for this position is $145,000, up to a 15% performance bonus, and equity, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
